Our sessions are designed to push you to your limits and achieve your goals. We have three different fitness groups you can choose from; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. All sessions are varied and no two sessions are the same. We typically incorporate equipment in to our sessions and also good old fashioned body weight. With our sessions conducted in the outdoors, we utilise the green space areas and natural surroundings, giving you a great view whilst you train. There is never a rainy day, so everyday is training day!
We understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. Our goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. We organise social events, from group based activities to evenings out. With encouragement and motivation from the team and members a like, you will feel part of a community dedicated to achieving your goal.
