Our sessions include a variety of training techniques: Strength and conditioning, Aerobic endurance and Plyometrics. All sessions are designed to be fun, challenging and motivate you to put in 100% effort to achieve your potential. You will get to train as part of a team, encourage others and become a part of the ATLAS community.
These sessions will see you using equipment and your own body weight and keep you coming back for more!
Our running sessions are designed to enhance your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Whether you are looking to start your couch to 5km, PB a 10km or wanting to train half and full marathon distances. We incorporate drills, technique, agility, interval and sprint training throughout our sessions, using the natural green spaces and gradients.
HIIT - maximal efforts for short periods of time, specifically targeting your anaerobic threshold. This training technique can be applied in any of our sessions and is a fantastic way to raise the heart rate. We often incorporate equipment such as tyres, power bags, battle ropes and more! This will definitely keep you on your toes.
